Jailene Falcón is an associate attorney who brings strong courtroom experience and a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case. She focuses her practice on marital and family law and is dedicated to guiding clients through complex and emotionally challenging transitions with compassion, clarity, and strong advocacy.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Ms. Falcón earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
She began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County where she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience. She later continued to develop her litigation background handling insurance litigation matters in the private sector.
Ms. Falcón as held leadership and public service roles within the community, having served as President of the Hispanic-American Law Student Association and representing minors in criminal proceedings through the Advanced Juvenile Defense Clinic.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Falcón held prior positions as a court reporter, case manager, and law clerk, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how cases are built, managed, and resolved from multiple perspectives.
